What to Do if You Have Not Received Any Responses from VCM

There is only one reason for this -- your email address is unreachable. We respond to every email communication to us including those Qualification Forms that satisfy our requirements described in How to Access This Site.

A submittal of a Qualification Form generates the following message on your computer screen:

"This is the only message you will receive if the email address you have provided in the Qualification Form is incorrect or unreachable for any reason. If you have not received a confirmation email within a few minutes, your email address is not reachable, or your spam blocker is stopping emails from us. Please email to us your correct email address, or make sure our emails do not get stopped by your spam blocker...

If you have not received a single confirmation email from us, including the automatic email which is sent out confirming the receipt of your Qualification Form, please read the above and correct the problem.
