ValueSearch Capital Management (“VCM”) may change these Terms of Use and Disclaimer at any time without notice.

Terms of Use and Disclaimer -- You and VCM are Bound by these Terms

Please carefully read these Terms of Use and Disclaimer ("Terms of Use").

“You”, “your” and “user” refer to anyone who accesses this website. Your access to or use of this website (“VCM’s Website”, “the Website”) signifies that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by or comply with these Terms of Use, do not access or use this website.

Your use of VCM’s Website after any changes have been made to Terms of Use will constitute your agreement with the thus modified Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use from time to time to become familiar with the changes.

The Terms of Use consist of the following two sections: this text, titled “Terms of Use and Disclaimer, Part 1” and further text titled Terms of Use and Disclaimer, Part 2 and also accessible by a link at the bottom of this page.

ValueSearch Capital Management is not an incorporated entity, and occurrences of "LLC" notation following its name should be ignored by you, and are the result of editing mistakes or of the website being in transition state from the past when VCM was an incorporated entity.

The information on the publicly available pages of this site is not directed at any person in the United States and is not intended to be used by any person in the United States, with the exception of those persons who are investors in any investment vehicle managed by VCM, and with the exception of pages intended to enable a person to contact ValueSearch Capital Management in order to obtain the access to the passworded pages of this site. VCM reserves the right to terminate, at any time, any user's account which was granted a password (as well as access to this website), without giving notice or a reason for such termination to the user.

Although all Documents have been prepared from public and private sources and data we believe to be reliable, VCM and its Partnerships make no representations as to its accuracy or completeness.
